Once you have placed an order on our website, you will receive an automated confirmation Email/SMS.
Our customer care representative will call to confirm your order, upon confirming your order via call, your order will be processed.
After the order is confirmed, you can expect your order to be delivered as per following:
within Karachi 24 to 48 business hours and
other cities in Pakistan 3 to 4 working days.
Custom stitching orders require payment in advance via Western Union/Money Gram or Online Bank Transfer, and stitching order can take upto 12 to 14 business days to deliver.
We start the shipping process within 24 hours. So, if you want to cancel or modify any order, please inform our Customer Services Department at your earliest.
