We make every effort to ensure that all product descriptions, prices, and information displayed on our website are accurate. However, in the event that a product is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information due to a typographical, pricing, or system error, AB Textiles reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order placed for such product, whether or not the order has been confirmed.

All prices displayed on the website are exclusive of shipping charges, duties, and taxes, unless stated otherwise. Applicable shipping charges will be calculated and displayed at the checkout page once the shipping method is selected.

Please note that product colors may vary slightly due to differences in lighting conditions, photography, and individual mobile or computer screen settings.

Upon receiving your order, customers are advised to carefully read the care instructions provided on the inlay card before washing or using the product.

All paid orders will be processed and shipped only after successful payment verification and bank confirmation, and, where required, receipt of necessary verification documents. This verification process may take 1 to 3 working days and is conducted to prevent fraudulent activity.

For online payments made via Debit or Credit Card, all payment information is transmitted directly to our authorized payment service provider through a secure and encrypted connection.

AB Textiles does not store Debit or Credit Card details and does not share customers’ payment information with any third parties.
