Exchange & Return

We aim to ensure a smooth and satisfactory shopping experience for our customers. Please read the following Exchange & Return Policy carefully before placing an order.

Eligibility for Exchange:

All non-promotional products purchased from our website are eligible for exchange within 7 days of delivery only under the following circumstances:

  • The item(s) are faulty, damaged, or defective at the time of delivery.
  • The product(s) received differ from the original order placed.
  • Any item(s) are missing from the package, provided they are mentioned on the inlay card.

Conditions for Exchange:

  • An exchange claim must be raised within 7 days of delivery.
  • The item(s) must be returned in their original condition, unused, with original tags attached, along with all pieces and accessories.
  • The original receipt (if available) must be provided.

Claim Process:

To initiate an exchange request, please WhatsApp clear pictures / videos of the defective or incorrect item(s) to +92 333 8901602 within 7 days of order delivery.

Each claim is reviewed on a case-by-case basis, and we strive to resolve all matters fairly and transparently.

Exchange Resolution:

  • If the same product is available in stock, it will be exchanged accordingly.
  • If the product is out of stock, customers may either:
    • Select another product of equal value, or
    • Opt for store credit to be used within 60 Days.

Exchanged products or store credit will be processed only after the returned item(s) have been received and inspected, subject to them meeting the return conditions stated above.

Non-Eligible Items:

  • Promotional or discounted products are not eligible for exchange, return, or refund under any circumstances.
  • Unstitched articles once stitched are not eligible for exchange or return under any circumstances.
  • Claims for previous season’s stock will not be entertained.

Pricing & Sale Adjustment:

  • If an item purchased at full price later goes on sale, it will only be exchanged at the marked-down sale price.

Shipping Charges:

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable under all circumstances.

Additional Clauses:

  • No Cash Refund Policy: We do not offer cash refunds under any circumstances. All approved claims will be resolved through exchange or store credit only.

  • Return Shipping Responsibility: The return shipping cost will be bared by the company only if the item is verified as faulty, damaged, or incorrect after review of proper proof with clear pictures / video shared via WhatsApp.
  • Processing Time: Please allow 7–10 working days for the processing of exchanges or issuance of store credit after the returned item(s) have been received and inspected.

  • Final Authority: The company reserves the right to make the final decision on all exchange, return, and store credit claims after product inspection.
