Shipping and Payment

Once an order is placed on our website, customers will receive an automated order confirmation email at the registered email address.

A customer care representative may contact you to confirm the order. Once the order is successfully confirmed via call, it will be processed for dispatch.

Delivery Timelines (Pakistan):

After order confirmation, delivery timelines are as follows:

  • Karachi: Within 24 - 48 business hours
  • Other cities in Pakistan: Within 3 – 5 working days

International Orders:

  • International orders require 100% advance payment, which includes both the product price and shipping charges.
  • For unstitched or ready-to-wear (already stitched) suits, once payment is received, the order will be dispatched as soon as possible. Delivery time depends on the destination country, with an average delivery time of 7–10 days after dispatch.

  • For custom stitching orders, full advance payment is required, which includes product price , shipping charges and custom stitching charges. These orders typically take 10–14 business days to complete and dispatch. Delivery time thereafter depends on the destination country and courier service.

  • International customers are responsible for all import duties, local taxes, and any applicable administrative charges upon receipt of the order.

  • Please note that international orders are not eligible for return or exchange.

*Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions, courier delays, political disturbances or public holidays.

Custom Stitching Orders:

All custom stitching orders require advance payment.
Such orders may take 12–14 business days to be completed and dispatch.

Please note that custom stitching orders are not eligible for return / exchange.

Order Processing, Modification & Cancellation:

We typically begin the shipping process right after the order confirmation via call. If you wish to cancel or modify your order, please inform our Customer Services Department there and then.

Customers who have paid via Credit/Debit Card and cancels the order, in such case the order amount will not be refunded to the original payment method, instead, store credit will be issued in accordance with our cancellation policy.
