- Once you have placed an order on our website, you will receive an automated confirmation Email/SMS.
- Our customer care representative will call to confirm your order, upon confirming your order via call, your order will be processed.
- After the order is confirmed, you can expect your order to be delivered as per following:
- within Karachi 24 to 48 business hours and
- other cities in Pakistan 3 to 4 working days.
- Custom stitching orders require payment in advance via Western Union/Money Gram or Online Bank Transfer, and stitching order can take upto 12 to 14 business days to deliver.
- We start the shipping process within 24 hours. So, if you want to cancel or modify any order, please inform our Customer Services Department at your earliest.
