- Only those suits with a defect can be claimed for exchange/refund.
- In case you have received a suit with a defected, exchange can be claimed within 14 days of purchase but it must be in its original condition with its receipt, original tags and all pieces + accessories.
- If same code is available in stock it will be exchanged, if the suit is out of stock then either you can buy any other suit in exchange or ask for a refund.
- Exchanged suit or refund will be processed once the defected suit is received, subjected to item being returned in its original condition.
- No exchange/refund/claim can be made on promotional products.
- If any item purchased at full price goes on sale, it will be exchanged at the marked down price.
- Claims on previous season’s stock will not be entertained.
- Shipping charges are strictly non-refundable and non-returnable in any form.
- International customers will be responsible for the paying of any and all import duties and local taxes including any administration charges upon receipt.

- International orders cannot be returned or exchanged.
